The processing at the ladle furnace begins with the ladle transportation by the teeming ladle car under the cover with electrodes and connection of ladle to the system of bottom blowing with the inert gas in the capacity of which argon is used. The preliminary blowing is done, homogenizing of liquid melt as a result of which we receive the final averaging of temperature of the coating of ladle refractory and liquid steel, then the test is made and the temperature is measured, after this the heating of steel switches on.

During the heating the slag-forming materials are added, the slag is removed, the chemical composition and steel temperature are averaged. After this the samplings are taken. By the results of the analysis of addition of ferro-alloys for correction of chemical composition of steel and slag-forming materials for correction of slag composition are made. The temperature rises up to the given level.

The received steel is transported for continuous casting.
